Between May 1 and June 30, every single penny of your generous donation will go directly towards supporting programs and projects at Baltimore County Public Library.

That’s right – no overhead, no salaries, no fancy fundraising event expenses.

Just 100% IMPACT.

Your entire contribution will be dedicated to making a tangible difference in our community through the library’s initiatives, such as our award-winning efforts with long term lending in providing computers and secure, stable internet access for students, the elderly and other vulnerable populations. Through this work, the library is improving study environments, enhancing social interaction, making telehealth possible and simplifying online job applications.

Why is this significant? It’s simple. We believe in maximizing the impact of every dollar you entrust to us. By eliminating overhead costs and administrative expenses, we ensure that your donation directly translates into real-world benefits for those who rely on the resources and services provided by our library.

Baltimore County Public Library plays a vital role in fostering literacy, lifelong learning and community engagement. From early childhood literacy programs to adult education workshops, from technology access initiatives to cultural enrichment events, the library serves as a beacon of knowledge, creativity, and opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Your support through The BIG Give enables us to expand the reach and scope of these invaluable programs, enriching lives and empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential as they explore, learn, create and connect.
