Do you love Baltimore County Public Library? Want to tell us how much you love BCPL and get a chance to win two tickets to Taste of the Town at the same time? From February 1 through February 19, you can purchase Sneaks-themed valentines at any of our BCPL branches (except for Randallstown Branch, closed for renovation) or mobile libraries.
There are seven different designs, but each valentine includes the phrase “I love BCPL!” and a section for you to tell us why you love BCPL. The valentines are $1 each (cash only). The valentines also include a contest section that you must fill out in order to be eligible to win two (2) tickets to the Foundation’s annual spring fundraiser Taste of the Town in April ($150 value). A winner will be randomly chosen on March 10. Entries must have full and correct contact information in order to win.
After you tell us why you love BCPL, the valentines are posted publicly in the branch so we can share the love.

Rules for Contest Entry
ENTRY
All entries must comply with the entry requirements specified below. Any entry that does not comply with the entry requirements will not be eligible for entry into the promotion. $1 donation is requested for each entry into the Contest. The entry will be identified by the individuals name, email address and phone number. The winner will be notified by phone and email and will be required to provide proof of identification before the prize will be delivered. Entrants may enter as many times as desired by donating $1 for each entry. Proceeds benefit the Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, February 19, 2017. No correspondence about entries will be entered into, nor will entries be acknowledged as received. If all required information is not included, entry will be disqualified. BCPL is not responsible for late or incomplete entries.
PRIZE
Two tickets to the Taste of the Town scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Towson Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library. The prize is valued at $150.
ELIGIBILITY
Anyone 18 years of age or older may enter to win. Employees of Baltimore County Public Library and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses or step of each) and household members of such employees are not eligible.
TIMING
The contest starts at 9 a.m. ET on February 1, 2017 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 19, 2017.
NOTIFICATION
Winner will be randomly chosen on Friday, March 10, 2017 and notified by phone and email. Arrangements must be made to pick up tickets at one of 19 BCPL branches or at the Administrative Offices located at 320 York Road, Towson, MD 21204.
